Today Disney released the first Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser commercial, and it did not disappoint! My daughter’s reaction – “That is where I need to be! When are we going?” We couldn’t agree more. Check out the commercial below.
After watching this commercial multiple times here are a few things my family is super excited about!
* The fashion – did you notice what the guests were wearing?? It appears that everyone will be fully immersed in the experience including how you and the characters are dressed! Time to stock up on jedi apparel.
* The rooms – did you see those bunk beds?? We’ve seen those before – maybe on the Millennium Falcon? The window behind the guest seems to indicate that you will see outer space from your room – how cool is that?
* It appears the Resistance is looking for new recruits – I am pretty sure our household will accept, but I am wondering what happens if you don’t? We think we might need 2 stays to see what happens with each choice!
* We are excited about the light saber training and are wondering if you will be carrying your light saber for any impromptu battles?
* When the camera pulls back, we see TIE fighters dart in and hurl a blast toward the starcruiser. I think the bridge operations training we receive as part of the stay might help us with this.
