If you are in charge of your upcoming Disney trip, you will want to create and or link other members of your traveling party to your MyDisney Experience account.  This will give you the ability to manage their trip including linking tickets and hotel accommodations, making park reservations, as well as making dining and Genie+ reservations. 

As a rule of thumb, I recommend that children be created by the parent that will be managing the trip (and shared to the other parent) and adults should each create their own MyDisney Experience account and give each other permission to manage their account – this will help when you are trying to get those Lightening Lane reservations!

To create family/friends in your account take the following steps:

  1.  Go to the Walt Disney World Website

2.  Go to MyDisney Experience

3.  Click on My Plans

4.  Log into your MyDisney Experience Account – Don’t have one? Go HERE for step by step instructions.

5.  Go To Family and Friends

6.  Click On Add Guest

If you are creating and managing all the guests in your reservation, Select I’ll enter their name and age.

Complete the information and Select Done

 

This person will now show up in your Family and Friends list and you can manage their activities.

You can now start making vacation plans for these individuals.
