Marvel fans are in for a real treat aboard the Disney Wish! Disney Cruise Line just announced that Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Anthony Mackie, Brie Larson, and Kerry Condon will lend their talents to the “Avengers: Quantum Encounter” dining experience on the Disney Wish. In addition, actor Ross Marquand will provide villainous vocals to Ultron.
According to Disney, “The show will follow Ant-Man and The Wasp as they host a presentation of the most powerful Super Hero technologies in the world, including a hands-on demonstration of the latest and greatest Pym Tech. But when Ultron turns up with an army of robot sentries eager to take control of this world-changing technology, Ant-Man and The Wasp will need all the help they can get to save the day – calling on Captain America, Captain Marvel and even the brave diners of the Disney Wish for back-up.”
Rumor has it another Super-Hero will make a surprise appearance, but Disney has not released that detail yet. According to Disney, filming has already concluded, and Disney is in post-production editing and effects. Since most of the battle takes place on the upper decks, Disney is re-creating it in photo-realistic CGI while the real Disney Wish is still under construction!
This one-of-a-kind dining experience includes hundreds of screens and special effects throughout the dining space, immersing Guests into the story in new ways.
